Dustvent Products:
About the Owner
Our owner, William Fitzpatrick (Fitz), began working with Dustvent in 1989 to redesign a product. Fitz learned all about the product from his mentor, who created Dustvent in the 1970s. In 2000, Fitz became the national sales manager and was appointed chief engineer and new product design engineer.
In 2008, Dustvent became Mid-Air Consulting. To this day, Fitz works tirelessly with his team to provide excellent products for our customers’ dust collection systems.
Mid-Air Consulting has become Fitz’s life work. The most rewarding thing about what we do is helping people service and restore what we consider to be the best dust collectors available.
How It Started
Fitz first became interested in this line of work when he worked for Dunbar Kapple in the 1970s. The company manufactured pneumatic conveying of grain equipment and large-scale farming equipment, which is tied to the type of work we do at Mid-Air Consulting.
